EXHIBITION TRADE DISPLAY
The exhibition trade display package allows you to further market your products and services to a captive and primary market. Situated in the Tea/Coffee break area, it will create high delegate traffic to your display. (Shell booth included).

TRADE SHOW SPACE OPTIONS:
If you require a wider booth or exhibit space, it can be arranged. Please contact the sponsorship manager for costing of additional space or exhibit booth.

Due to very limited space and the intensive contact to this high profile audience, those sponsors wishing to exhibit will need to book early. The function hall will host: all refreshment breaks, lunches, the cocktail function and small trade show. As such the space is a premium opportunity.

Each 3m x 2m trade stand/space receives One (1) stand staff pass. This pass includes lunch and morning and afternoon teas and cocktail refreshments. Additional stand staff passes can be obtained for an additional $200 each for both days. Dinner passes for stand staff have to be booked and paid for separately.

PLEASE NOTE

Each shell scheme comes with 2 or 3 sided Velcro compatible panels in an aluminum frame, exhibitors name on fascia, 2 x 120 watt track mounted spotlights behind the fascia, and a 1 x 10 amp power point with single outlet.

EVENT FLOORPLAN

This floorplan is based on a standard 3m x 2m shell scheme booths, but it could change depending on the exhibitor’s requirements and to maximise the capacity of the venue. If you require a larger exhibit space, please contact Deen Haniff – Sponsorship Manager on the contact details below.

TRADE DISPLAY AREA

The trade display for the Austmine 2009 will be Room G1 & G2, across the foyer of the conference room. To maximise delegate traffic we have arranged for the coffee & tea breaks to be served in the exhibit area. Lunches will be served in room F behind the exhibition. Delegates will have to go past the exhibition area to the lunch room.
